Looking for a gaming experience that lasts beyond the party? The G-Lounge is perfect for all-day fun or overnight sleepovers where there’s no rush on the clock. Whether it’s a birthday, family gathering, or chill weekend event, the G-Lounge brings the console experience right to you—all day long.

Package Includes:

• 2 Complete Gaming Stations
• Your choice of PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, or Nintendo Switch
• 50-inch 4K Smart TV per station (mounted on TV cart)
• All cables & power setup (HDMI, TV power, console power)
• 2 controllers per station
• 2 games of your choice per station

Add-Ons:

• Additional controllers: $20 each
• Additional games: $25 each

Pricing:

• $500 – All-Day Rental

Deposit:

• $500 refundable security deposit required

Rental Duration & Policies:

• Set-Up Time: We arrive 1–2 hours before your event for setup & testing.
• Rental Duration: Enjoy all day and overnight use.
• Pick-Up Time: Equipment will be picked up the following morning by 9:00 a.m.
• Extended Rentals: Keep the lounge longer for an extra day fee – $250 for 2 stations.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required with every G-Lounge rental to protect against loss or damage to equipment. The deposit ensures that all consoles, TVs, controllers, and games are returned in good working condition. Once the equipment is picked up, inspected, and verified, the deposit will be refunded back to you.

Refunds are typically processed quickly, but please allow 5–10 business days for the deposit to appear back in your account. In most cases, refunds are completed sooner. Please note: deductions may apply if items are missing, damaged, or returned in non-working condition.
