Rental Duration & Policies:
- Set-Up Time: We arrive 1–2 hours before your event for setup & testing.
- Rental Duration: Enjoy all day and overnight use.
- Pick-Up Time: Equipment will be picked up the following morning by 9:00 a.m.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required with every G-Lounge rental to protect against loss or damage to equipment. The deposit ensures that all consoles, TVs, controllers, and games are returned in good working condition. Once the equipment is picked up, inspected, and verified, the deposit will be refunded back to you.
Refunds are typically processed quickly, but please allow 5–10 business days for the deposit to appear back in your account. In most cases, refunds are completed sooner. Please note: deductions may apply if items are missing, damaged, or returned in non-working condition.
